Located in the charming residential neighborhood of North Clearwater Beach, this delightful home will captivate you from the moment you arrive and drive across the mosaic stone driveway. Just a 5-minute walk away, you’ll find the white sands of North Clearwater Beach and its stunning sunsets.

Casetta Al Mare occupies part of the lower level of La Bella Vita Al Mare and comfortably accommodates up to six guests. The home features a tranquil primary suite with a king-size bed and a spacious guest bunk room with an adult-sized queen-over-queen bunk bed.

North Clearwater Beach is a peaceful, uncrowded enclave—ideal for long, leisurely walks along the shoreline or through the quiet residential streets. The beach’s powdery white quartz sand beautifully reflects the sunlight, helping keep it cooler underfoot, a distinctive feature especially appreciated by our beloved Scarlett. Dogs are warmly welcomed at Casetta Al Mare and are also permitted on North Clearwater Beach. 

Outdoor recreation is abundant, with the Clearwater Beach Recreation Center and McKay Park both within walking distance of the Casetta.

If you're looking for dining, entertainment, or shopping, Downtown Clearwater Beach is an easy walk away. The area is also ideal for a leisurely bike ride. Pedal across the causeway to visit Coachman Park, explore Historic Cleveland Street, or connect to the Pinellas Trail for miles of scenic riding.
